Report A New Claim
Please advise us within 5 days of the incident.
We will then give you advice of the next steps you need to take.
If you have been involved in a road traffic accident you must complete an Accident Form – Constat Amiable d’Accident Automobile.
If you are not sure of the details on the accident form then DO NOT SIGN. Once the form is signed you are accepting that the details on the form are correct and it will make it difficult to change the ‘at fault’ details after signature.
If you need help outside of office hours then please call AXA Assistance.
